Integrate Bristol conference 2015

Here are just a handful of pictures from Integrate Bristol’s successful conference on 7th February 2015.

Hosted at The City Academy Bristol, the day saw over 300 delegates, made up up teachers, students, healthcare professionals and more, from up and down the UK.

The day was led almost entirely by young people demonstrating media-based educational resources they had made in a series of workshops. Such workshops included, but were not limited to, FGM  and safeguarding, engaging young people and forced marriage.

We kicked off with some speeches from Integrate’s co-founder, Lisa Zimmerman, a selection of distinguished guests, and then followed with an absolutely stunning performance of their new song, “Mama”, by the Integrate Choir.  The performance on the day can be seen here.  An official music video is in the works, so watch this space!

A huge thank you to all those who attended the day…it was a great success!
